These Payment Terms apply to all online transactions of swimming pool and home leisure products provided on the official NRPDVAOK website. By placing an order and completing payment through this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to all contents of these Terms.
1. Accepted Payment Method
NRPDVAOK exclusively accepts PayPal as the only valid payment method for all orders on our site. We do not support credit cards, debit cards, bank transfers, cash on delivery, or any other payment methods other than PayPal.
By completing your purchase via PayPal, you can enjoy official PayPal Buyer Protection benefits. We will never obtain or store your sensitive financial information, including bank card details or account credentials, fully protecting the security of your funds and personal information throughout the transaction process. PayPal supports payments via your account balance, bound bank cards, credit cards and other eligible funding sources within the PayPal platform.
2. Payment Security Guarantee
All payment-related transactions are fully processed and protected by PayPal’s official industry-leading security and risk control system, in compliance with global payment security regulations and standards.
We do not access, collect or store any of your PayPal account login information or sensitive payment details, eliminating the risk of your financial information being leaked through our site.

3. Order Payment & Order Confirmation
After you submit an order on our site, you must complete the payment via PayPal within 24 hours of order generation. Unpaid orders after the time limit will be automatically canceled by the system, and the corresponding product inventory will not be locked.
After you complete the payment via PayPal, the system will conduct real-time payment verification. Upon successful verification, we will send an official order confirmation email to your registered email address, and the order will officially take effect. In case of network delays or PayPal system maintenance, the payment status update may have a 15–30 minute delay. Please wait patiently and do not place duplicate orders or make duplicate payments.
If your PayPal payment fails, please check your PayPal account balance, bound funding source limits, or account status directly with PayPal. We are not liable for payment failures caused by issues with your PayPal account.
4. Pricing, Taxes & Related Fees
All product prices on our site are listed and settled in US Dollars (USD). The listed prices do not include shipping fees, sales taxes, and other applicable fees. The final total amount payable is subject to the amount displayed on the order checkout page before you complete your PayPal payment.
Sales tax will be automatically calculated and charged in accordance with the tax laws and regulations of the state where your shipping address is located, in compliance with US tax rules.
We do not charge any additional service fees for PayPal payments. If PayPal or your bound funding institution charges cross-border transaction fees, currency exchange fees, or other related fees, such fees shall be borne solely by you.
5. Refunds & Payment Disputes
All order refunds are strictly implemented in accordance with NRPDVAOK’s official Return and Refund Policy. For eligible refund orders, the refund will be returned to your original PayPal account via the original payment path. Refunds are typically processed within 1–3 business days after we confirm your return, and the final arrival time is subject to PayPal’s processing rules.

For PayPal disputes or chargebacks initiated without justifiable reasons and without prior communication with us, we reserve the right to retain all relevant transaction evidence, submit a formal appeal to PayPal, restrict your future purchases on our site, and pursue all legal rights to which we are entitled under applicable laws.
6. Abnormal Payment Issue Handling
If you encounter payment abnormalities, such as successful PayPal deduction but unconfirmed order status, duplicate deductions, or payment completion but no order confirmation email, please immediately retain your PayPal payment voucher, order number and relevant information, and contact us via the methods below. We will check the transaction details with PayPal as soon as possible and provide you with a clear solution within 1–3 business days.
