1. Return Handling Fee Policy

We do NOT charge any return handling fees, restocking fees, or additional hidden fees for all eligible return requests submitted within the valid 30-day return window, in full compliance with the terms of this policy.


2. Return Time Limit & Return Shipping Cost Responsibility

Return Time Limit:
We offer a 30-day free return and exchange policy for all eligible products. The 30-day window starts from the date your order is successfully delivered to the shipping address you provided. All return requests must be submitted and formally approved within this 30-day period.

Return Shipping Cost Responsibility:
If the return is caused by our error, including confirmed product quality defects, shipping damage, wrong items shipped, or missing items, we will bear 100% of the return shipping costs. We will provide you with a prepaid return label, or reimburse you for the verified and reasonable return shipping costs after the return is completed.

If the return is initiated for personal reasons (including but not limited to unwanted items, incorrect purchase, change of mind), you will be responsible for all return shipping costs.


3. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

You are eligible to apply for a return and refund for our products if your request meets all of the following criteria:

  • The return request is submitted within 30 days of the order delivery date;

  • The product is unused, uninstalled, unwashed, and in its original, unopened packaging with all original tags, accessories, and manuals included;

  • The product is in brand-new condition with no signs of use, damage, stains, or alterations, and does not affect secondary sales;

  • The product has confirmed manufacturing quality defects, shipping damage, wrong items shipped, or missing items verified by our customer service team.

We reserve the right to reject return requests that do not meet the above eligibility criteria.


4. Required Steps to Apply for a Return & Refund

To complete your return and refund request smoothly, please follow the steps below in order:

Submit a return request:
Contact our customer service team via the official contact methods listed in this policy within the 30-day return window. Please provide your order number, product details, and the reason for the return, along with relevant photos or videos (if applicable) for verification.

Wait for return authorization:
Our customer service team will review your request within 2 business days. Once your return request is approved, we will send you a formal Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) confirmation via official email.

Prepare your return package:
Pack the eligible product securely in its original packaging, including all accessories, tags, and manuals, to avoid damage during return shipping.

Ship the return:
Send the package to the official return address provided in our approval email, and share the return tracking number with our customer service team in a timely manner.

Wait for inspection and refund:
Once we receive and inspect your returned package, we will process your refund in accordance with the terms of this policy.


5. Refund Processing & Timeframe

After we receive your returned product and complete the quality inspection to confirm it meets the return eligibility criteria, we will initiate the full refund process within 2 business days.

The refund will be returned to your original PayPal account via the original payment path. Refunds typically arrive in your account within 1–3 business days after we initiate the refund. The final arrival time is subject to the official processing rules of PayPal.

IMPORTANT NOTICE ABOUT RETURN SHIPPING ADDRESS

Do NOT return your items to the original shipping address listed on your order, delivery package, or any other unofficial address.

The official, authorized return shipping address will ONLY be sent to you via our official email after your return request has been reviewed and approved.

We reserve the right to refuse to accept or process any return packages that are sent without prior authorization, sent to an unofficial address, or without a valid RMA confirmation. Any related costs or losses caused by such unauthorized returns will be borne solely by you.
